From time to time, you may receive an email from EpicCare similar to the following:


Subject: EpicCare Acct Relationship with NordOps, Inc. scheduled to expire on 2020-01-31 12:00:00 PST


The account association between NordOps, Inc. and your account, YOUR COMPANY NAME, will expire on 2020-01-31 12:00:00 PST.

*Please ensure to be logged-in to the portal to approve extension of account association prior to clicking on the link. If NOT logged in to EpicCare, link will NOT work.

You can take action to extend this date by clicking on this LINK.  If you take not action, the relationship will automatically expire.  You can also access the EpicCare Portal to modify or terminate this relationship.  A notification of any modifications you make will be sent to NordOps, Inc..

EpicCare Customer Support


This is an automated notice from Epicor's EpicCare (ServiceNow) support system. Your account relationship with NordOps allows us to view, update, and create Eclipse support tickets in their EpicCare system on your behalf. Epicor's system only allows the relationship to be created with a specific term (e.g. 180 days), so we cannot create a permanent relationship in their system.
