To request an Eclipse release upgrade:
Log into EpicCare, and select Create Case
Fill out the Create Case form:
- Subject: brief description (e.g. Eclipse Upgrade Request)
- Details: enter more information (e.g. any specific requirements you may have)
- Asset/Module: Application Setup and Upgrade Requests
- Category: Upgrade Request
Submit the case, and someone from the Eclipse release engineering team will follow-up with more details.
